What's covered under managed support.

One plan, one contact, and a system that's watched even when nobody's looking at it.

24/7 helpdesk

A real person answers, day or night, instead of routing you into a ticket queue that gets reviewed in the morning.

Proactive monitoring

Servers, endpoints, and network health are watched continuously, so failures are caught before users report them.

Patch management

Security patches and updates roll out on a scheduled cadence, tested first so nothing breaks in production.

Remote & on-site support

Most issues resolve remotely within minutes; anything that needs hands-on-hardware gets a technician dispatched.

Quarterly reporting

You get a plain-language report on uptime, ticket trends, and recommendations, not a wall of raw metrics.

Dedicated account contact

One point of contact who knows your environment, so you're not re-explaining your setup on every call.

What happens after you submit a ticket.

01

Logged

Your ticket is triaged and assigned a severity level immediately.

02

Acknowledged

A technician responds within your plan's SLA window, every time.

03

Resolved

Most issues close remotely; on-site dispatch happens when needed.

04

Reviewed

Recurring issues get flagged for a root-cause fix, not just a patch.

The cost of IT support isn't the invoice. It's the hours your team loses to it.

Every hour your staff spends troubleshooting a slow VPN or a broken printer driver is an hour not spent on their actual work. Managed support exists to take that time back, quietly, in the background.

  • Average client sees ticket volume drop within the first 90 days
  • Monitoring catches most failing hardware before it causes downtime
  • One dedicated contact who already knows your environment
  • Predictable monthly cost instead of surprise emergency call-out fees

Common questions.

What counts as a ticket versus something included in the base plan?

Day-to-day troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring are included in your plan. Larger projects like a full migration or new hardware rollout are scoped separately, and we always quote those before starting.

Can you support a hybrid or fully remote team?

Yes. Remote support is our default model, and it works the same whether your team is in one office or spread across time zones.

What happens if an issue can't be fixed remotely?

We dispatch a technician on-site, prioritized by the severity of the issue. On-site response windows are defined in your service agreement upfront.

How do you measure whether the support is actually working?

Uptime, average response time, and ticket resolution time are tracked continuously and included in your quarterly report, so it's not just a feeling — it's a number you can see.
